Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CrewBolt, operated by Logos Nova LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using CrewBolt, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using CrewBolt on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@crewbolt.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CrewBolt for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Resell or redistribute access to CrewBolt without our written permission
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service availability

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into CrewBolt (quotes, job details, client information). You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you have consented to data use for AI improvement, we may use anonymized quote and correction data to improve the accuracy of AI-generated estimates. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at hello@crewbolt.app.

5. Subscription and Billing

Some features of CrewBolt require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

6. Intellectual Property

CrewBolt and its underlying technology are owned by Logos Nova LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CrewBolt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7a. AI-Generated Estimates

CrewBolt uses artificial intelligence to generate material lists, labor estimates, and project cost suggestions. These estimates are provided for informational and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional cost opinions, contractor bids, or guarantees of actual project costs.

Material prices are based on market data and AI modeling and may not reflect current local supplier pricing. Labor rates are suggestions based on typical market conditions and may vary significantly by region, trade, and contractor. Hidden conditions, site-specific factors, and market fluctuations may cause actual costs to differ materially from AI-generated estimates.

You are solely responsible for verifying all material costs, labor rates, and project scope before submitting any quote or bid to a client. Logos Nova LLC makes no representation that AI-generated estimates are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular project. We are not liable for any financial loss, contract dispute, or damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated estimates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logos Nova LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CrewBolt. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logos Nova LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may delete your account at any time from account settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
